1. Please tell us Your favorite Taiwanese fruit. Why?

2. Please tell us your favorite brand of Taiwanese pearl milk tea. 

Why do you like it?

3. What makes night market popular in Taiwan?

4. Do you prefer to ride a motorbike or drive a car? Why?

5. You are a supervisor in an amusement park. A guest complains that your staff favors some non-local visitors by giving them free fast track entry passes.  The guest has been waiting in the line for over an hour and thinks its unfair. How would you handle this situation?

6. You are  a bank manager. Some customers complain that they have been waiting in the line for over 45mins and they notice that one of the bank tellers is always texting on her mobile phone. They are disappointed about the service. How would you handle this situation?

7. You are a front desk officer in a hotel. A VIP guest  requests  for a room upgrade for free since it's her birthday today. You check on the computer system and find out that the only room left is the presidential suite. However, your supervisor is in a meeting now. Would you upgrade the guest? Why?

8. You are a supervisor in a supermarket.  A customer complains to you that the products in the store have been expired and he wants to inform the media. How would you handle this situation?
