2019年卡達航空面試同學回報最新面試考題。
2019年12月15日初試的同學們,加油!

以往連續三天的卡達航空空服員面試,
大約吸引了1500-2000人申請
最後錄取約30名空服員(其中男生大約有4-5人)
卡達航空 open day試前通知
open day (OD) 卡達航空第一天初試階段 - 履歷審核
建議不管是參加哪間航空公司的空服員面試
尤其是open day
當天一定要提早1小時到達現場
最好能提早到1-2小時以上現場排隊,以免排到晚上
避免因為現場人潮眾多影響到面試。
早上八點現場已排一堆人了!
由於參加卡達航空招募的人數往往非常多
因此卡達航空第一天空服員面試
面試官平均約花1-2分鐘左右
對每位空服員應試者問2個英文簡短問題
應試者需立即回答相關問題。
舉例：
1. Why are you leaving your current job?
2. What are you studying? Why did you choose it?
3. Why do you want to be a flight attendant?
4. Why are you interested in this job?
5. Why should we hire you?
獲得第二關面試邀請者會收到卡達航空的電子郵件或簡訊、電話通知。
assessment day (AD) 卡達第二天複試
筆試, 摸高(212cm),疤痕胎記刺青檢查, 抽卡問答/情境假設題
1. 英文筆試約45分鐘5種題型，
如:text dependent question
multiple choice,
fill in the blanks with the appropriate word
5 mathematical lateral logic questions
an essay on a given subject。
2. 英文口試oral test (抽卡問答/情境假設題)
(1) What is the latest book you read?
(2) What is the disadvantage of social media?
(3) What unique qualities about yourself would you bring to our company?
(4) How do you determine priorities when you have multiple tasks at hand?
(5) Think about a difficult boss, professor or coworker.
What made him or her difficult? How did you successfully interact with this person?
(6) How does AI influence our lives ?
3. 團體討論group exercise： ( ps. 2019年面試沒有團討)
卡達般空的團體討論一組須在15分鐘左右討論出結論，
考官會在討論的同時評分。
通常問空服或地勤可能會遇到的困境或是其他飛安事件，
主要是看面試者的回答內容、應變能力和處事方法，
以及合作共事的團體意識。
final interview 卡達第三天終試 -QA ,再度確認疤痕胎記刺青
就Application form的內容做面試，一人約5-15分，
面試時間的長短沒有一定，
面試官會從你所填寫的AF中找出漏洞，
也開始提出較針對性或尖銳問題的時間，
針對文化適應力, 忠誠度以及對服務的看法,進行提問
面試者很容易在這裡不小心踩到自己埋得地雷而不自知。
考官會告知有的問題只要yes/no 回答,
有的有請你說明再詳答,
所以要仔細耹聽考官的指示!!!
問題包含:
1. Are you eligible to work in X country?
2. Why did you apply for this position?
3. Please provide examples of how you have your initiative to solve a difficult problem.
4. Please provide a recent example of how you have developed your abilities to improve yourself.
5. Give an example of how you have dealt effectively with a customer complaint.
6. Do you have any exerience that you help others? Give example.
7. If a person who is not loyal, should he/ she leave the company? Why?
8. How you demonstrate loyalty? Give example.
9. What do you think about loyality?
10.How do you feel other's emotionand what do you do?
11.Do you have any customer service experience before ? Give example.
12. If you need help, will you seek for other's assistance?
When is the last time that you ask for help?
13.How will you adopt multiple culture in a different country?
14. What is your most changes in general?
15. What do you think about "change"?
16.Why do you want to join aviation industry?
通過終試者,卡達航空會請你到醫院做簡單的健檢
(如: blood type,紅熱病,是否眼睛曾雷射...)
等到總部報到後,才會在當地進行較完整的健檢
錄取後簽約五年,
前二年會從薪資中提撥一部份做為保証金,
飛滿二年即歸還保証金
*****卡達面試貼心小提醒：
卡達面試請穿即膝裙裝(不宜過短),畢竟卡達是較保守的航空公司
卡達面試會請您註明身上疤,胎記,刺青,若在制服
可見明顯處是不會錄取的
No false eye lashes不要戴假睫毛
No colored contact lenses不戴彩色隱形眼鏡
若錄取,卡達不會接受延期報到受訓
卡達過去錄取的空服員多數具備國外生活經驗,
或志工活動者(volunteer experience/ non-profit experience)
語言能力至少 toeic 870分以上,
若會其他第二外語(如:日文)更好,雖然面試時不會考
